Virtual Assistant Training Program
Disadvantaged women and women of domestic violence shelters are offered state of the art hands on curriculum at no charge. Once they have completed a task specific curriculum and pass the task proficiency certification test they may begin working as an Entry Level VA with an industry mentor oversight. Industry mentor oversight is a volunteer from within the community as well as having industry knowledge from within the task that has been selected. This mentor is responsible for overseeing the VA’s task production to ensure it’s effectiveness, and timely completion.
The repetition of the type of task offers the new VA industry reps and ability to gain expertise in a professional trade. Additionally, the repetitious exposure to the skill set offers the VA history that can be added to their resume.
